Weigh-in: Walk-Ups (No Reservation)
Check-In StationOpen station for competitors without a prior SignUpGenius reservation. Rule reminder: You cannot strip nude or weigh in underwear only (§4.8). Missed weight allows only 1 hour to re-weigh with a max 2.0 lb cut (§4.5).
Orientation Meeting via Zoom
Virtual / OnlineMandatory orientation for all registered coaches and athletes covering tournament flow, ring rules, safety protocols, and Team Cup procedures. Link distributed via email.
Official Tournament Bracketing
Bracketing CommitteeComputerized random bracket draw (§8). Brackets published online upon completion. Team Captain nominations lock prior to bracket draw (§22.6).

Warmup Areas & Venue Doors Open
Doors OpenFieldhouse C access for athletes, registered coaches with corner passes, and ticketed spectators. Warmup mats and staging areas active.
Development Class Eliminations
Class-D Ring BoutsOfficial Class-D tournament bouts (3 x 90-sec rounds, semi-contact). +15 base points per win toward the US Open Team Cup. Diagnostic Fighter Report Cards® awarded post-bout.
US Open Eliminations
Main TournamentOpening rounds and elimination bouts across all amateur divisions (Novice, Intermediate, Open, and Elite brackets).
US Open Lunch Break
Ring IntermissionOfficial break for ringside officials, medical personnel, and event staff. Concessions, food options, and Bristol's Restaurant open on-site.
US Open Eliminations Resume
Evening SessionElimination contests continue through quarter-finals and semi-finals to decide Saturday's championship finalists.
Saturday, November 21
US Open Warmup Areas & Doors Open
Doors OpenStaging areas open for championship athletes and corners. Final check of corner kits (§21.2) and athlete gear before bout call.
US Open Championship Finals (Part 1)
Championship BoutsTitle bouts across youth, novice, intermediate, and open divisions. Graduated Gold Bonuses (+10 to +90 pts) awarded toward the live Team Cup standings.
US Open Lunch Break*
Ring IntermissionOfficials and ringside break prior to the final championship evening push.
US Open Finals Resume & Team Cup Awards
Main Event & PodiumsFeature championship bouts followed by official podium ceremonies, presentation of the US Open Team Cup Championship Trophy, Gold/Silver/Bronze banners, and rafter honors (§22.8).
Important Schedule Advisory:
*End times may vary depending on the total number of competitors and the pace of bouts. Competitors and corner coaches must remain attentive to tournament announcements. Failure to report ringside within five (5) minutes of being called results in a No-Show disqualification (§14.5).
Venue Fieldhouse C
Located inside the main athletic complex, adjacent to covered walkways and parking lots. Restrooms and amenities are located inside the fieldhouse.
Food & Amenities
Bristol's Restaurant, The Yard, commissary, and concessions are available on-site at the Arizona Athletic Grounds campus.
